The Comfoot Zone uses our patients’ data in order to provide the safest and best possible health care/treatment, and for aiding our professionals in medical diagnoses.

When you attend an appointment with one of our professionals, we require you to provide us with certain personal data for use by our professionals as stated above.

As the treatment is an exchange of services for money, it can be viewed as a legal contract, and the only data we will collect prior to your treatment is what is necessary in order for the contract (treatment)to be carried out in a safe and effective way.

We will store your patient record card for up to eight years after your last appointment with us, as required by law.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
